Scan Combiflex 1000rc Concrete Grinder

The Scan Combiflex 1000RC (SC 1000RC) is the largest model in our line of grinding machines. It is a robust and very stable machine, made entirely of steel and designed for large commercial applications. The SC 1000RC has six grinding discs, which rotate on a large drum that turns in the opposite direction. With the unique positions of the six grinding heads, it’s also possible to operate the machine in a four-disc configuration. This allows the machine to grind with increased head pressure, and is very useful for certain applications.

One main benefit of the SC 1000RC is the Bluetooth radio control system it uses for controlling motion and grinding speed. The rugged, heavy-duty remote control unit allows the operator to move the machine in any direction, and maneuver with precision in tight areas. The 1000mm (39in) grinding footprint is perfect for large commercial applications where high productivity is necessary. The ergonomic radio control system is beneficial since it reduces operator fatigue while maintaining a high level of consistency at the same time.

The SC 1000RC also has a battery backup built in to the machine, which allows for easy transportation without the need for an external power source. This feature allows the machine to easily be loaded and unloaded with minimal effort.
